Proposed service, scoped around your records. Matching shows observed connections under agreed rules, not proof that an ad caused a booking. The example demonstrates the method with fictional records; no live integration is connected.

One question worth answering.

Which marketing inquiries can we connect to actual customers and booked jobs?

For a home-service owner, that question sits between the marketing report and the working day. A form submission may be a new prospect, an existing customer, a duplicate or an inquiry that never became a job. Treating them all as the same result hides the decisions you need to make.

What we would build with you.

A defined workflow that checks agreed marketing and customer records, identifies reliable connections, and puts uncertain records in a review queue. AI can help interpret inconsistent notes and prepare explanations. Explicit matching rules and your team’s review determine which connections are accepted.

  • A view of campaign spend and recorded inquiries for an agreed reporting window.
  • Confirmed links to customer records and separately verified booking status.
  • New and returning customers, where the available history supports that distinction.
  • Duplicate records, unresolved connections and missing data shown separately.
  • An evidence trail so your team can see why a match was accepted or held for review.
A record match is evidence of a connection.

It is not proof that the campaign created an incremental customer or caused a booking. The report must explain its attribution rule and its limits.

Start with one source and one outcome.

We propose starting with one campaign source and a bounded set of customer records. Together, we agree what counts as an inquiry, what counts as a confirmed booking and which records a person must review. We test the workflow against examples your team has already checked.

Before expanding, we review accepted-match accuracy, unresolved records and the time your team spends checking the output. We agree the acceptance criteria with you, rather than publishing a generic performance promise.

When this is a fit.

You have campaign inquiries and customer records, but cannot reliably connect them. Someone on your team understands the records and can help check the first version. You want a clearer account of the evidence before making budget decisions.

If the necessary identifiers or booking history are missing, the first job may be measurement repair. We would explain that before proposing an agent build.

What does it cost?

We scope and quote the work after reviewing the systems, data quality, required connections and ongoing support. Build fees, software costs and ongoing management would be identified separately. No price or integration is assumed before that review.

Questions owners ask.

Will this replace our CRM or marketing agency?

The proposed workflow connects the records you already use. It can help your team and providers examine the same evidence. Any changes to those systems would be separately agreed.

Can you connect to our software?

We first check export options, API access, permissions and the fields available. We do not promise a connector before verifying it against your setup.

Does a booked job mean completed work?

No. Inquiry, booked, held, completed and sold are separate stages. The report should label the stage actually supported by your records.
